“We are thrilled to announce this significant renovation as we celebrate our 20th anniversary,” said Marc Hamel, president and general manager of The Palace at Somerset Park. “With incredible feedback that’s already translated into increased demand for the coming year, these enhancements elevate the guest experience even further by seamlessly blending modern amenities with the classic ambiance for which our venue is renowned. We are particularly excited to collaborate once again with the original construction team, ensuring the project remains true to our vision.”

The planned renovation will cover every inch of The Palace at Somerset Park site on Davidson Avenue, from its grand East House to the sophisticated West House. Highlights include the expansion of cocktail hour spaces, including new outdoor pavilions that seamlessly connect with the cocktail bar. In the East House interiors, including the East Grand Foyer and Library, guests can expect stylish updates to carpeting, millwork, lighting and draperies, plus a luxurious Versailles Wedding Suite. Upgrades in the sophisticated West House will include a contemporary makeover with new furnishings and chandeliers.

Consistently mentioned in wedding media, including The Knot, Wedding Wire, Manhattan Bride and New Jersey Bride Magazine, The Palace at Somerset Park is a known destination for New Jersey weddings, corporate events and social gatherings.
