A Hoboken cycle studio will open their second location tomorrow afternoon with a bang, hosting a performance from legendary hip-hop group Naughty By Nature and offering free classes all weekend long.
Prime Cycle, who opened their first studio uptown in Maxwell Place two years ago, will christen their new location at 70 Hudson Street with a performance by Naughty By Nature during their 3PM class, which is free of charge. The Jersey born-and bred group is most famous for songs like “O.P.P.” and “Hip-Hop Hooray” among others, and won a Grammy for their 1996 album Poverty’s Paradise.
Riders interested in signing up for the Naughty By Nature ride or any other free classes this weekend just need to book their space in advance at Prime Cycle’s website. Riders can also get on a wait list if their preferred class is full, but are still welcome to head down to the studio to meet the band and enjoy the opening festivities.
Prime Cycle is a group cycling studio that also incorporates choreographed training into their classes. Their new downtown space has a state of the art audio system and theatrical lighting to help provide a lively workout environment.
