Former NFL star and current football analyst Jason Kelce has had quite the journey from his roots in Cleveland Heights, Ohio to Super Bowl champion with the Philadelphia Eagles and his days of playing in the City of Brotherly Love have apparently created a fondness for the Jersey Shore.
Jason has made no secret about which spot along the Jersey coastline he prefers. The retired center has hosted a Team 62 Fundraiser event that has raised money for the Eagles Autism Foundation for many years and recently decided to put down summertime roots in a prime spot in Cape May County.
Where does Jason Kelce Live?
The retired Philadelphia Eagles center primarily resides with his wife, Kylie, and their three daughters in the suburban town of Haverford, Pennsylvania. But The Kelces have made trips to the Jersey Shore an annual tradition for years, focusing on the relatively quiet town of Sea Isle City.
The family decided to purchase a home just off the Atlantic Ocean back in 2022 and the 2,200 square foot townhouse sits on a 5,000 square foot lot with prime views of Sea Isle City’s beach promenade. Built in 1988 and completely renovated in 2017, the Kelces bought the four-bedroom, 3.5-bathroom home for $2.2 million.
Including two garage spaces and spanning three floors, Jason Kelce’s Jersey Shore home sports large windows and several skylights to lighten the space. The house features two wraparound decks that offer endless views of the ocean and neighboring Ludlam Beach.
The interior space boasts not one but family rooms, including one on the third floor sporting a deck. Two of the home’s bedrooms feature en-suite bathrooms, while Brazilian cherry hardwood flooring shines throughout the house.
The kitchen at Casa de Kelce sports custom wood cabinetry and a granite countertop island plus a Wolfe five burner range complete with hood. The prime sleeping space at the home is probably on the third floor, which features a private deck accessible via French doors.
Other perks at the property include an outside shower and backyard space. Taxes on the home are a relatively affordable (for New Jersey) $7,261/year.
More About Jason Kelce
Drafted in 2011, Kelce was a key member of the Eagles’ only Superbowl-winning squad. The 2018 team won Super Bowl LII by defeating the New England Patriots and Jason has more that a few personal accolades to go along with the Lombardi Trophy.
The center made seven Pro Bowls and was a five-time All-Pro during his playing career. He is often credited as the architect behind the “tush push,” a play that involves the center pushing the quarterback from behind after snapping the ball to pick up short yardage gains.
Kelce played his final game earlier this year when the Eagles lost 32-9 in the wild-card round to the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. He currently appears as a commentator on ESPN’s Monday Night Football, along with a plethora of commercial spots.
Many professional football analysts project Kelce to one day be enshrined in the Football Hall of Fame in Canton, Ohio. Jason is eligible for election to the hall starting in 2029.
Jason married his wife Kylie in 2018. The couple share three children and are expecting their fourth daughter next year.
Jason isn’t the only famous Kelce, either. His brother, Travis Kelce, is a Pro Bowl tight end for the Kansas City Chiefs and has won three Super Bowls himself. He is also dating international superstar Taylor Swift, for those who don’t get out much.
