Celebrity couple Ice-T and Coco just listed their North Bergen penthouse for $1.098 million. The two-bedroom condo is located in the Mirabelle On the Hudson complex overlooking Manhattan. The completely custom unit has black onyx kitchen countertops, Brazilian cherry hardwood floors, two private balconies and a terrace, and a custom aquarium in the living room. It’s also been fitted with a custom Creston home entertainment center. And of course, the second bedroom has been converted to a walk in closet. It also comes with 2 deeded parking spaces.
They bought the home in 2005 for $1.5 million and supposedly spent $300,000 upgrading it. So it looks like they stand to take a pretty significant loss.
They’ve already moved on to their next property, a new 4-story home with an “impressive aquarium, a high-tech two story mechanical garage, a glass elevator, a very large closet and a master bedroom dubbed, ‘One shade of black.'”
