A fast-casual restaurant chain serving burritos, tacos, quesadillas, and bowls is planning to open its first Garden State outpost later this year.
Dos Toros Taqueria is seeking to open its new restaurant in Florham Park this summer, company spokesperson Eliza Giacobbe told Jersey Digs at the end of April. The location will operate within the Florham Park Plaza at 176 Columbia Turnpike near Trader Joe’s.
The news of Dos Toros’ plans to open in the former Qdoba space in Florham Park was first reported by Daily Voice last fall. In the time since, Chopt Creative Salad Co. announced that it was acquiring Dos Toros. A Chopt location also operates within the Florham Park Plaza.
The Florham Park Dos Toros restaurant will be the chain’s 23rd location, according to Giacobbe. There are currently Dos Toros locations in Manhattan, Brooklyn, and Chicago.
