Wayne residents now have two Chipotle Mexican Grills to choose from. A brand new drive-thru just opened at 1195-1207 Hamburg Turnpike. The free-standing, 2,325-square-foot site is serving the fast casual chain’s signature burritos, tacos and bowls. The location was formerly occupied by a Valley National Bank branch.
The Goldstein Group led by Executive Vice President, Lew Finkelstein and Vice President, CJ Huter represented landlord VanRock Properties and Newmark’s Senior Managing Director, Glenn Beyer represented Chipotle.
“Chipotle is a nationally known restaurant concept which is considered as one of the top brands in the market today,” commented Goldstein’s Huter. “The site afforded them a fantastic opportunity to enter the Hamburg Turnpike, Wayne, NJ market as the site is located in the densely populated area near several school systems and with the athletic fields next door will be popular with people attending events.”

The new Wayne location is well positioned near many other businesses including Starbucks, Dunkin, Wells Fargo, Bank of America, CVS, LA Fitness, ShopRite, Trader Joe’s, Burlington and Stop & Shop.
