A plethora of properties near Atlantic City’s northern end will soon be auctioned off to the highest bidder in hopes of revitalizing a quieter section of the seaside city.
The owners of 18 separate lots in and around 205 South Victoria Avenue are putting them up for auction through Clifton-based Max Spann Real Estate & Auction Company. The properties, all of which are vacant, are located within Atlantic City’s Southeast Inlet Economic Opportunity Zone.

The lots are all a short walking distance from the city’s iconic boardwalk and close to the Absecon Lighthouse. The neighborhood, a patchwork of single-family homes, condominiums, townhouses, and vacant lots, is north of the Ocean Casino Resort and a few blocks from the upcoming North Beach Mini Golf.

Max Spann will be holding property previews later this week on May 4 from noon until 2 p.m. All of the lots on the auction block will be sold regardless of the highest offering price.
Those interested in owning a piece of Atlantic City’s future can join the bidder club by calling 888-299-1438 or emailing [email protected]. The auction for the 18 properties is set to conclude later this month on May 26 at 11 a.m.
