Earlier this month, the much-anticipated Journal Squared tower began leasing, ushering in what many predict will be the rebirth of Journal Square. Now, a lesser-known project, just across the plaza, is also preparing its leasing program.
Development partners Hartz Mountain Industries and Panepinto Properties have announced they will begin leasing later this month for 3 Journal Square, a new 240-unit luxury rental building located just steps from the PATH Station.
The building features studio, one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments spread throughout 12 floors plus a Penthouse level. A temporary leasing office has opened at 1 Journal Square where perspective renters can preview the building’s finishes and amenities. Construction is currently wrapping up with initial move-ins planned for mid-to-late-April.
