Fields Development Group is set to deliver 153 new luxury residences to the Paulus Hook neighborhood at 197 Van Vorst Street. The developer shared exclusive renderings of the up and coming Quinn development with Jersey Digs.
Quinn will include approximately 7,300 square feet of retail space and a mix of one-, two- and three-bedroom rental units.
Apartments will feature designer flooring, stainless steel appliances, and quartz countertops. A washer/dryer and under cabinet lighting are also found in every residence. Some homes will have private terraces as well. Quinn’s resident amenities are set to include 24/7 doorman and concierge service, Amazon lockers, a library, fitness center, and pool, to name a few.
Architectural firm Marchetto Higgins Stieve is the lead designer of Quinn. The building is directly adjacent to Lenox, another apartment complex by Fields Development Group, which is now fully leased.
“The rapid lease-up of Lenox further validates our belief that there is pent up demand for luxury apartments in Paulus Hook, especially among renters in search of spaciousness,” said James Caulfield, co-founder and partner of Fields Development Group. “It’s exciting to see the building fill up so quickly, and we anticipate that Quinn will experience similar success.”
