A 131,346-square-foot office building set on a sprawling 7.98 acres in Parsippany landed $10,000,000. Located at 959 Route 46, the property not only provides direct frontage along the busy corridor, but it also offers immediate access to both Interstate 80 and Interstate 287. Woodbridge-based The Kislak Company handled the sale.
Senior Vice President Tom Scatuorchio and Managing Director Matt Weilheimer of Kislak repped both sides in the off-market sale. Neither party was disclosed, but the purchaser is a long-time Kislak client. The Parsippany sale is the fifth transaction (totaling 9 properties) that Kislak has handled for the buyer.
“This was a highly collaborative and creative transaction that required aligning the objectives of the buyer and seller,” commented Kislak’s Scatuorchio. “By leveraging our longstanding relationships and market expertise, we structured a transaction that achieved a successful outcome for all parties. We value our relationships with the buyer and seller and look forward to future opportunities with them.”
The Morris County office building has a broad roster of tenants, a striking two-story atrium lobby, and on-site food service. The surrounding area is home to a wide array of hotels, corporate campuses, restaurants, and retail offerings, making it an ideal location for businesses and office tenants.
