Developer and property manager Value Companies, Inc., is moving forward on the luxury project The Point at Gateways in Morris County. The company is celebrating the swift lease-up of Phase Two while breaking ground on Phase Three.

Cheryl Byrne, Leasing and Marketing Manager for Value Companies, led the lease-up for Phase Two of the Randolph residential community. The Point at Gateways is part of Value Companies’ larger Gateways at Randolph project. Ultimately, the overall development will consist of more than 1,000 units, making it one of the largest multifamily properties in New Jersey.

“The quick lease up of Phase Two of our Point at Gateways project affirms our belief that the demand for high-end living in Morris County continues to grow,” commented Jack Linefsky, CAM, CAPS, Vice President of Property Management at Value Companies, Inc. “Our investment in The Point at Gateways will only continue from here as we usher in the next phase of construction with the groundbreaking of Phase Three.”

Phase Two comprises 24 two-bedroom/two-bathroom homes. Every residence comes with high ceilings, stone countertops, energy-efficient appliances, and an in-unit washer/dryer. Amenities include a clubhouse, an event space with a catering kitchen and outdoor balconies, a kids’ playroom, a video gaming lounge, workstations, and large-screen televisions. The Point at Gateways also offers residents a pool, sundeck, playground, fitness center, and barbecues.

When construction of Phase Three of The Point at Gateways is complete, it will feature 36 two-bedroom/two-bathroom homes. Residents will also enjoy a comparable portfolio of luxury amenities.

Located along Center Grove Road, Gateways offers residents easy access to shopping and dining in downtown Randolph and other nearby Morris County communities. Commuters will be minutes away from public transportation and both Route 10 and Route 46.
