“Breaking ground on Woodmont Rail at Metropark, our most recent transit-oriented community, marks an exciting milestone for Woodmont and a meaningful investment in the future of Woodbridge,” commented Stephen Santola, Executive Vice President and General Counsel of Fairfield-based Woodmont Properties. “This community, located a short walk from the Metropark Train Station, will infuse new energy into one of the region’s key transit hubs while generating hundreds of construction jobs and long-term employment opportunities.”

With more than 23,000 square feet of amenities, Woodmont Rail will feature a clubroom, fitness center, co-working center, conference rooms, sports simulator and seven levels of garage parking with EV charging stations. Residents can enjoy the outdoors with a pool, rooftop bar and lounge, dog run, fire pits and barbecues.

The development affords convenient access to retail, restaurants and recreation as well as the Metropark mass transit hub. Commuters can also connect easily to the New Jersey Turnpike, Garden State Parkway and other local highways.

Situated near the Metropark Train Station, the community provides direct access to NJ Transit and Amtrak’s regional and intercity services, along with connections to major highways like the Garden State Parkway and the New Jersey Turnpike
