Residents started moving in just after Labor Day, but a new development in one Passaic County township has already hit a big milestone.
44 Main, a collection of 34 one- and two-bedroom rental homes in Little Falls, is now 50 percent leased. The units range from 750 to over 1,200 square feet and start at $1,950 a month. They include nine-foot ceilings, hardwood floors, stainless steel appliances, and in-unit washers and dryers.
Amenities include bike storage, a residents’ only club room and lounge with a full kitchen, televisions, and gaming tables, and a fitness center.
The building pays tribute to its surroundings. “We utilized recycled local brick to create the lower façade and replicate an old-world feel in a modern and new building,” said John J. Veteri of developer KV Realty LLC, who added that they’ll be adorning hallways with historic Little Falls images.
Located at 44 Main Street, the development is less than a 15-minute walk to the Little Falls NJ Transit stop.
