As Jersey City development continues at a break neck speed the towers are moving inward. Enter 33 Park, Liberty Harbor’s first major tower project. The two phase project will eventually have two 44 story towers atop a 5 story podium. Once completed, 33 Park will bring 900 rental units and close to 15,000 square feet of retail space to area.
Phase I of the project will be the 5 story base and the first tower. In the initial phase, 448 units will be constructed along with the parking deck and amenity spaces. On the podiums rooftop will be a pool and other amenity areas. The first phase will contain 5,290 square feet of retail space.
Phase II will be the second tower with 452 rental units as well as an additional 9,037 square feet of retail space.
33 Park is being developed by the Fisher Organization who’s no stranger to Jersey City. They also developed Crystal Point and Liberty Towers among others.
The architect for the project is Perkins Eastman, a premier international architecture firm.
