At its monthly meeting in August, the Jersey City Redevelopment Agency (JCRA) selected 25 Clinton Avenue, LLC to develop 30 market-rate units near Arlington Park. The developer, who has been involved in four projects in Jersey City, will construct a four-story building on the empty lot.
According to the JCRA, the site has been approved for 29 two-bedroom units and one one-bedroom unit. The development is part of the Scatter Site Redevelopment Plan and is eligible for a 20-year PILOT.
The developer’s other works in the county include:

Jersey Digs was not able to contact 25 Clinton Avenue, LLC, the developer. JCRA said it will require the organization to submit a final redevelopment agreement to the agency by December 30, 2018.
