$13M Senior Housing Complex Could Come to Newark’s South Ward
The Jelliff Senior Estates development is expected to bring 51 apartments for senior citizens to a site in Newark’s Clinton Hill neighborhood. It could be partially funded by Superstorm Sandy relief funds.
