The developer of a 45-unit project at 211 Baldwin Avenue in Jersey City previously said they would be willing to reserve 20 percent of the units to serve as “affordable” housing for veterans. Now, after this component of the project was listed as a condition of the development’s approval, the company wants to remove it.
