One Bates Street is an approved development in Downtown Jersey City. The two phase project consists of one 5 story and one 7 story tower above 2 levels of parking and 2,660 square feet of retail space. Once completed the development will contain 129 residential units. The architect for the approved design is Lindemon Winckelmann Deupree Martin Russell & Associates.
One Bates originally received approval in 2008. Likely due to the downturn in the housing market, construction was delayed. It is unclear if the project will move forward as planned or if a new development plan is in the works.
