Levin Management Corporation (LMC) announced last week that fast-casual sandwich franchise Jersey Mike’s Subs has leased 1,200 square feet at St. Georges Crossing in Woodbridge, New Jersey.
The lease brings the 343,000-square-foot property in Middlesex County to 100% occupancy. The long-term transaction was organized by LMC Leasing Representative E.J. Moawad, while Gary Krauss of Pierson Commercial Real Estate served as tenant broker.
“This Jersey Mike’s operator had been interested in St. Georges Crossing for quite some time,” said Moawad. “We are thrilled to accommodate their space needs while bringing a quality new dining element to the property. St. Georges Crossing has become a magnet for national brands that secure its position as a ‘one-stop shopping’ destination. We have no doubt this new Jersey Mike’s location will be embraced by the local community.”
Jersey Mike’s will share the newly redeveloped, free-standing, out parcel building, which was formerly occupied by a Bertucci’s restaurant, with a recently opened Popeye’s Louisiana Kitchen and an Xfinity retail store.
St. Georges Crossing is located at the intersection of Route 1 & 9 and Route 35. It is anchored by a high-volume ShopRite, with a strong retail, restaurant, and service tenant mix, such as T.J Maxx, PetSmart, AutoZone, Verizon Wireless, Visionworks, TacoBell, GameStop, and more.
Levin Management Corporation (LMC), based in North Plainfield, New Jersey, is a single-source commercial real estate services provider for institutional and private owners.
