The city and Friends of the Loew’s have agreed on a Request for Proposals that would restore the facility through a $40 million revitalization, making room for both national concerts and community events at the iconic building.

The layout at 88 Morgan Street features three bedrooms and four baths across 2,350 square feet and New York City views.

The city will be partnering with Newark-based AeroFarms on the endeavor, which will create ten farming sites that aim to annually produce 19,000 pounds of produce available free to residents.

In advance of the partial re-opening of New Jersey’s restaurants, both cities are implementing plans to assist eateries in keeping patrons safe while expanding sidewalk and street dining areas.

Both units at 26 Grace Street feature three bedrooms and two full floors of living space plus a shared garage.

The company appears to be abandoning their plans for an office building on a 6th Street property and have instead submitted preliminary plans that could see five high rises built on the land.
