Erie Street Flats is a new 12 unit residential condo project at 68 Erie Street at the corner of 4th Street in Jersey City. The 5 story boutique development will feature 1, 2 and 3 bedroom condo units. The developer, Justinian Development Group, expected completion in 2015 but it appears to be a bit behind schedule. However, they have launched a teaser site for more information.
Jersey City Upfront got the first look at the interior renderings. And the finishes looks pretty impressive.
