This past week, the ground was broken on a new affordable housing project coming to Asbury Park. Known as The Renaissance, the $20M project is slated to open in April 2019 at the corner of Springwood and Sylvan Avenue.
The Renaissance will feature three low-rise buildings and 64 residential housing units. Monthly rents will start at $300 and go up to $1,400. To learn more about the project, as well as the qualifications and application process, visit Asbury Park Press.
