55 Hudson is a proposed “supertall” commercial tower planned for downtown Jersey City. The plan is yet to be approved and no renderings are available, but preliminary information indicates about 903,000 square feet of office space, 17,500 square feet of retail and 684 parking spaces. There are also rumors there might be a hotel component to the building as well.
