Food & Drink News: Gringos Taqueria, Atlas Public House Opens, Ozu Foods Serves Lunch

A new taco joint is coming to downtown Jersey City. Called Gringos Taqueria, Jersey City Upfront reports that the new eatery will be located at 12 Coles Street, between Christopher Columbus Drive and First Street. Darren Conway of Lulu’s Lounge at the W Hotel Hoboken is behind the spot.

At long last, Atlas Public House is readying for its opening. The restaurant and bar will have a soft opening today followed by a grand opening and ribbon cutting by Mayor Fulop tomorrow. Have A Night recently got a first look at the new eatery along with some previously unreleased details on the concept.

Ozu Foods, the Japanese eatery in the Heights known for their bento boxes, noodles and poke bowls, announced via Twitter that they will begin serving lunch Wednesday – Friday from 11:30a – 2:00p. (h/t JC Eats)
