Largest Office Space Lease Signed in Jersey City Since 2020

The largest office space lease in Jersey City since 2020 was recently signed by, which is part of the 3.2 million-square-foot Harborside campus.

The long-term lease encompasses 130,000 square feet of office space of the 10-story, Class A building, which has approximately 750,000 rentable square feet of office space. Owned by Veris Residential Inc. (formerly Mack-Cali & Roseland Residential), Harborside A is situated adjacent to Exchange Place PATH station and offers easy access to a variety of transport options.

Collectors Holdings is the parent company of Professional Sports Authenticator, the world’s largest authentication and grading company, which currently has an office in Woodbridge, New Jersey, and headquarters in Santa Ana, California. The company will initially have a small staff at the new Jersey City location before migrating its authentication and grading services to the site with the intention to be fully operational in 2023.

Collectors Holdings was represented by Zev Holzman and Christopher Marx of Savills in the transaction, while Veris Residential Inc. was represented by CBRE.
