Plans to construct a 420-unit apartment complex on a currently undeveloped 21-acre tract between Princeton and Hightstown could possibly be approved tonight.

A company associated with Mack-Cali is seeking approval for a project that could bring more than 650 apartments, a hotel, and more off of Route 1 near Princeton.
A large complex with 360 residential units, including 100 “affordable” units, is envisioned for a property off of Route 1 in Mercer County.
Four buildings with 144 units, including 29 “affordable” units, could come to a site close to the Princeton Junction commuter rail stop in West Windsor Township as part of the “400 Steps” proposal. The application is scheduled to be heard Wednesday, January 13.
