A previously approved project that will fill a vacant lot in Journal Square will be made up of “coliving” spaces, a development that will bring some new housing options to the market in a neighborhood that is quickly changing.

A new concept rendering has been revealed for the former Powerhouse Lounge space on Marin Blvd. According to the rendering, the new establishment will be called "Hudson Hall" and will be a “neighborhood smoke house & beer place”. Let's take a look at the rendering.

Two events are planned this weekend that will celebrate downtown Jersey City’s Italian heritage.
