Good news for those who can’t do without their morning (or afternoon) buzz: local coffee shop Brewshot Café is opening up its third location at rental tower Vantage in downtown Jersey City’s Liberty Harbor North neighborhood.
According to Fisher Developments Associates, the firm behind Vantage, the Italian-style café will lease an 815-square-foot ground-floor retail space. The gourmet shop has already garnered a name in Jersey City at its two other locations, on Regent Street and at Cast Iron Lofts on Jersey Avenue.
“We are thrilled to welcome Brewshot to Vantage,” says Brian Fisher, President of Fisher Development Associates. “It will not only deliver the highest-quality coffee to this neighborhood but also provide another inviting and social environment for our residents to enjoy.”
The new Brewshot location will feature two separate entrances: a street-level storefront to accommodate pedestrian traffic, as well as direct entry from the Vantage lobby for residents.
This is the second commercial tenant to occupy retail space at Vantage; the first to sign a lease was Park View Academy.
