A restaurant that sports menus from top chefs in delivery and take-out concept will be launching in Hackensack later this year as Wonder is coming to the Print House complex.
In a deal negotiated by NAI James E. Hanson, Wonder will be taking a 4,347-square-foot lease at 150 River Street. The address is home to a sprawling mixed-use project from Russo Development’s and The Hampshire Companies that revitalized the former home of the Bergen Record into a 696-unit complex with courtyards, an amphitheater, and outdoor seating along the Hackensack River.
Founded in 2018 by Marc Lore, Wonder’s innovative model brings restaurant-quality menu offerings from many of the nation’s top chefs to doorsteps across the United States. Chefs with menus at Wonder include Bobby Flay and Marc Murphy, among others.

Wonder is set to join other retail tenants at the complex that include Hackensack Meridian Health, Starbucks, Jersey Mike’s, Blue Foundry Bank and Lidl. The facility’s 45,000 square feet of retail space is now 95% leased.
“Wonder’s commitment to Print House reflects the strength of Russo Development’s and The Hampshire Companies’ vision in Hackensack,” said Michael Walters, a member of the NAI James E. Hanson team. “Each new lease brings additional energy to this growing community hub and reinforces its appeal as a destination for both residents and visitors.”
Wonder’s Hackensack store plans to begin taking orders early in the fourth quarter of 2025, with their website listing October as their opening month.
The brand has been busy since launching their first two Garden State locations in Westfield and Hoboken back in 2023, quickly expanding to Midland Park and Cresskill.
The company currently operates seven locations in New Jersey, with their Jersey City restaurant also set to open in the coming weeks.
