This Friday, let’s celebrate the (almost) end of tax season the best way possible, with dessert! The popular Midnight Market series returns to the Harborside Atrium with a special dessert edition.

Midnight Market is Jersey City’s first indoor foodie nightlife event. Taking place on the second Friday of every month, the event brings together 20 vendors serving eats for $5 or less. There’s also a cash bar brought to you by GP’s Restaurant serving $5 drinks and a DJ spinning all night.

This month’s installment is themed ‘Dessert First’ and will feature over 20 dessert vendors as well as six savory. Vendors include, Glazed and Confused, Sams Fried Ice Cream, Taste of Poland, Sweets 4 Miles, Sugar Supply JC and more.

A VIP Foodie hour is offered from 6:30-7:30 with the main event running 7:30-midnight. Tickets for the VIP hour are $20 and regular tickets are $5. You can buy your tickets here: Midnight Market Jersey City Tickets

It takes place in the Harborside Atrium at 147 Harborside Financial Center Platform, just steps from the Exchange Place PATH and the Harborside light rail station.

Midnight Market was started by female entrepreneurs Perla Nieves and Alysis Vasquez who both live and work in Jersey City. Alysis, the owner and Chef of Chilltown Kitchen, has been featured on Food Network’s Chopped and boasts 14 years in the hospitality industry. Perla has a background in social media marketing and currently works as an assistant property manager for SILVERMAN. The first Midnight Market drew over 3,000 people, a testament to the demand for quality nighttime events in Jersey City.
