A company associated with the Jersey City-based Mack-Cali Realty Corporation could soon acquire yet another liquor license in Hudson County.

An application that was filed with the Weehawken Alcoholic Beverage Control Board calls for transferring a pocket plenary retail consumption license to MC Roseland TRS Operating, LLC’s Roseland Hospitality Corp., according to a public notice that was issued in April. Roseland Hospitality Corp.’s officers are listed in the notice as Michael DeMarco, Gary Wagner, and Ivan Baron, all of which are also officials at Mack-Cali.

The liquor license was previously issued to Cue Time Billiards, Inc., according to the notice. Cue Time Billiards used to lease retail space along Harbor Boulevard in Weehawken, according to UBS filings that were published by the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission.

As Jersey Digs has reported, businesses associated with Mack-Cali have sought to acquire numerous liquor licenses in and around Jersey City over the last several years. The proposed future use of the former Cue Time Billiards liquor license was not disclosed.
