A rice noodle shop that has exploded in popularly over the last few years will be opening their second New Jersey outpost in Jersey City later this year.

Ji Bei Chuan was founded back in 2018 in Shuzhou, China and quickly became one of the country’s fastest-growing restaurant chains. The company opened over 400 stores in the country in just five years and has since begun their expansion into the United States.

The restaurant claims to be opening a whopping total of 73 stores across America and already has an outpost in Edison, along with other local restaurants in Manhattan and Brooklyn. Their Jersey City location is currently under construction at 362 Grove Street.

The menu at Ji Bei Chuan consists of rice noodle dishes that are heavy on the customization, with various proteins ranging from brisket to shrimp or pork belly plus toppings available for any palate.

While an exact opening date for the Jersey City location has not yet been announced, those interested in updates on the restaurant’s progress can follow them on Instagram at the handle @jibeichuan2019.
