An established business that sells vintage furniture and décor will be opening a new showroom at a Downtown storefront that will double as an espresso bar to provide a unique shopping experience.

Into The Void comes from the minds of New Jersey natives Greg Yannalfo and Andy Schulz. The company has been operating out of a refurbished factory space dubbed Mongers Market in Bridgeport, Connecticut, over the last few years but will soon be displaying their wares inside the ground floor of 115-117 Brunswick Street.

The future home of Into The Void will total about 1,800 square feet and the space is currently undergoing a gut renovation. Yannalfo and Schulz say that furniture and antiques on display at the store will range from rare, odd, exciting, and beautiful with a focus on 20th century modern design.

The pair share a passion for exceptional coffee and hope to curate a neighborhood experience at their upcoming store. Future shoppers at Into The Void can expect top-notch coffee and espresso from Ithaca’s Forty Weight Coffee Roasters as well as a rotating menu of the nation’s best coffee purveyors complemented by pastries and baked goods.

Since both Greg and Andy grew up in the Garden State, Jersey City was their first choice when seeking an area that they felt could both support and enjoy their unique concept. Into The Void Coffee & Antiques aims to have their storefront up and running during the early fall and will provide shipping services throughout New Jersey, New York, and Connecticut for the less hyper-local.

Further updates from Into The Void Coffee & Antiques, along with an inventory of some of their existing items for sale, can be found on their Instagram at the handle @intothevoidantiques.
