Coffees and pastries are on the menu in addition to original breakfast sandwiches including the LSP, which heaps pastrami over a medium egg with arugula, pickled onion and chipotle aioli.
A Buddy’s burrito dish is a highlight with scrambled eggs, hash brown, pico di gallo, avocado, jalapenos and cheddar cheese. Eggs Up additionally serves some more brunch-style options including avocado toast, seasonally rotating pancakes, or biscuits and gravy.
The lunch service at Eggs Up perhaps sets them apart from the typical breakfast spot. The midday menu includes dishes like a bacon cheeseburger, chicken parm sandwich, or a hot pastrami on multi-grain bread with Swiss cheese and mustard plus some salad options.
