We’re loving the bold design in this Ivy House 2 bedroom condo recently listed for $875k. Located in the Powerhouse Arts District, the decor has a funky flair that’s not commonly seen in the more traditional leaning design in apartments in downtown Jersey City. The orange and teal walls in the living room and kitchen add a bright pop of color in shades that work unexpectedly well with the modern cabinetry and countertop. The green chairs in the second bedroom and the orange piece of art above the master bed continue the bright theme beyond the wall colors.
