A new upscale dining experience from the team behind Satis Bistro will officially be welcoming diners as 87 Sussex will be launching in the coming days.
While full menus have not been released, 87 Sussex touts their global flavors and elevated American fare, with special attention to vegetarian dishes. The restaurant’s Executive Chef is Brian Walter, who studied at the French Culinary Institute and has led the kitchen at the Shackamaxon Country Club and served as Executive Chef at Carmine’s Italian Restaurant in New York City.
87 Sussex has teased a few of their dishes through their Instagram at the handle @87sussex. Some of the reveals have included scallop, steak, fish and lobster concoctions.
The restaurant is additionally slated to feature a full bar with an expansive list of signature cocktails and wines sourced from prestigious vineyards in France, Italy, New Zealand, and California.
The restaurant’s interior design emphasizes the natural light at the property that comes courtesy of floor-to-ceiling windows, and outdoor seating will be available when the weather warms up.
87 Sussex will also be rolling out a brunch service on both Saturday and Sunday when up and running.
The hours of operation for dinner service at 87 Sussex will run from Tuesday through Sunday from 5 p.m. to 10 p.m., with weekend brunch service spanning 11 a.m. until 3 p.m. on Saturdays and Sundays.
