Sprouts Farmers Market, recently named Progressive Grocer’s Retailer of the Year, has announced plans to open its newest New Jersey location at 1002 Saint Georges Avenue, within the Cloverleaf Retail Center, in Woodbridge, New Jersey.
According to a prepared release, the new store will encompass approximately 23,000 square feet. As of now, the opening is scheduled for October 3, 2025. The new Woodbridge location of Sprouts will join four existing New Jersey stores currently across the state, in Marlton, Haddon Township, Aberdeen, and Woodbury.

Sprouts is known for its “farm-stand heritage,” featuring open-layout stores with fresh produce at the center, and a curated selection of healthy, better-for-you items – including organic, plant-based, gluten-free, dairy-free, and keto-friendly products. The Woodbridge store is expected to deliver this signature “treasure-hunt” grocery experience to residents in Central Jersey.
Sprouts Woodbridge will bring 107 full- and part-time job openings to the local community, offering roles such as department clerks and managers (Produce, Meat & Seafood, Deli, Grocery, Bakery, Vitamins & Body Care), cashiers, courtesy clerks, and logistical positions like receivers and scan coordinators.
To staff these positions, Sprouts will hold in-person hiring events at the APA Hotel Woodbridge (120 S Wood Avenue) on August 26 (8 a.m.–6 p.m.) and August 27 (8 a.m.–5 p.m.), with a one-hour break for lunch both days. Applicants may apply online in advance or simply walk in.
Built by the Wick Companies, the Cloverleaf Retail Center takes its name from the cloverleaf-style intersection of Routes 1 and 35. Previously a Pier One before redevelopment, other prospective tenants for the new center include Paris Baguette, Club Pilates, Habit Burger, honeygrow, Hummus Republic, and more.
