A major development with 450 residential units, retail space, and more could be coming to Jersey City’s West Side.

In May, Jersey Digs first reported on plans to bring a development with 295 units to 49 Fisk Street on Jersey City’s West Side. Now, a six-story project with 43 additional units is being proposed for the site.

New details have been revealed about a developer’s plan to turn the West Side Avenue Hudson-Bergen Light Rail park and ride in Jersey City into a massive complex with 860 units, office space, retail space, and a charter school.
