Fast casual Tacoria Mexican Street Kitchen is now serving hungry customers in Paramus. The Mexican concept restaurant recently celebrated the grand opening of their Bergen Town Center outlet with local leaders and first responders in attendance.

The ceremonial ribbon cutting and Community Day featured Tacoria t-shirts, branded swag and a free Burrito Box for the first 100 guests. Customers who downloaded the Tacoria app will get free chips and guacamole on their next visit. All activities underscored the chain’s commitment to community giveback and local spirit.

The new location is located at 812 Bergen Town Center, Space E-2B in Paramus. The new Tacoria will join Crumbl, Target, Whole Foods, World Market, HomeGoods, REI and several more stores in the popular Bergen County mall. The opening will bring 20 full- and part-time jobs to the area.

“Paramus is an exciting community for us because Bergen Town Center is such a vibrant hub for families, shoppers, and food lovers,” commented Vishal Patel, Tacoria co-founder. “We’re thrilled to share our food and mission with North Jersey and look forward to building meaningful connections, one taco at a time.”

Tacoria was first founded in 2016 by a group of Rutgers alumni who shared a love of Mexican street food and a commitment to local communities. The Golden Avocado Taco, Burrito Boxes, Mexican Street Corn, Agua Frescas and Horchata are just a few of their signature selections. The brand offers a 50% discount to all first responders and works with local organizations near all of its locations. The chain has donated more than 100,000 tacos across New Jersey over the past two years.

The brand continues to expand with new locations across New Jersey. Look for new stores opening in Summit, Freehold and Somerville in 2026.
