On August 27, the Florida-based restaurant will open its latest Jersey City location. Ruth’s Chris Steak House at 499 Washington Boulevard will be the second location in Hudson County.
The 11,750-square-foot location will include four private dining rooms, an outdoor bar, and an indoor bar. Ruth’s intends to hire up to 113 people at the location.
Jersey Digs previously reported on the restaurant joining Tory Burch, Forbes, and Fidelity Investments at 499 Washington Blvd. Ruth’s location was previously occupied by Cuban restaurant Azucar.
The company said it will hold private training dinners to benefit Community Food Bank of New Jersey prior to the official opening next week.
