UPDATE: Jersey City’s first Krispy Kreme will open next week on Wednesday, February 7th 2017.
A reader sent in a tip (thanks, Matt!) that a Krispy Kreme is moving into the old PNC Bank space at 95 Christopher Columbus Drive. According to permits in the window, the space is currently being demolished to make way for the new donut shop.
This follows the recent news that Krispy Kreme signed a development deal to add six stores in Hudson and Bergen Counties over the next several years.
