Jersey Mike’s Subs recently signed a 1,800-square-foot lease at Hartford Corners in Delran, Burlington County, New Jersey.
Situated at the intersection of Route 130 and Hartford Road, Hartford Corners is a 215,000-square-foot retail property anchored by a recently expanded, high-volume ShopRite, and also contains retailers such as Lowes and Staples.
Levin Management Corporation (LMC) is the exclusive leasing and managing agent of Hartford Corners, with LMC Leasing Representatives Kendal Hand-Freda and Fred Younkin organizing the lease. Jersey Mike’s Subs was represented by Jarrad Coletta of Coletta Commercial Realty in the transaction. This recent lease is Jersey Mike’s Subs fifth commitment with LMC.
