Edison’s Inman Grove Shopping Center sold for $24 million, with the deal brokered by The Goldstein Group. The 120,000-square-foot retail center features a mix of both national and local businesses. Located at 1125 Inman Avenue, the property has an available anchor opportunity for a national or regional grocery chain.
Representing the seller, Oak Grove Associates, the Goldstein Group team consisted of CJ Huter, Vice President; Lew Finkelstein, Executive Vice President; Marc Palestina, Vice President; and Roy Paret, Salesperson. CENTURY 21 John Anthony Agency of Edison represented the purchaser, Edison 10, LLC.
National retailers and services at Inman Grove include Wells Fargo, Verizon, Taco Bell, Planet Wings, Kumon, Allstate, Dunkin’, Subway, Dairy Queen, and the UPS Store. The center is also home to several vital local businesses. With its close proximity to the Garden State Parkway, the property is highly visible, boasting a daily car count of over 22,000.
“The sale of Inman Grove Shopping Center underscores the strong demand for well-located retail properties in New Jersey,” said Goldstein’s CJ Huter. “The availability of the former Stop & Shop space presents an excellent opportunity for retailers seeking a prominent location with high visibility and substantial foot traffic.”
This transaction is the latest in a string of retail property deals for the Goldstein Group. Other recent sales include Washington Bridge Plaza in Fort Lee and Fireside Plaza in Pompton Plains.
