Industrious, a workplace provider, recently announced its partnership with BentallGreenOak, a global real estate investment manager, to operate a new flexible workplace in Newport Tower, Jersey City.
The flexible workplace will consist of 43,000 square feet on the tower’s third floor, adding to Industrious’ regional network of over 340,00 square feet of flexible workspace across Brooklyn, Manhattan, and New Jersey.
Newport Tower is located on Jersey City’s waterfront and sits directly adjacent to the Newport PATH station. It offers nearby access to the Holland Tunnel and NY Waterway ferry and direct access to Newport Centre Mall. The location also provides direct access to Midtown and Downtown New York City.
Industrious Newport Tower is scheduled to open in Q4 2022 and will offer a range of private offices, shared workspaces for individuals and teams of various sizes, multiple conference rooms, a cafe, multiple lounge areas, and more.
