H Mart, the largest Asian supermarket chain in the United States, is now open at the American Dream mall in the Meadowlands Sports Complex in East Rutherford, New Jersey. They recently celebrated the grand opening of the 38,000-square-foot space.
The Goldstein Group along with Chaus Realty, announced they were the brokers who represented H Mart in leasing the space, according to Chuck Lanyard, President of The Goldstein Group.
“We are so pleased to have assisted HMart in their opening a supermarket at the American Dream Mall” stated Chuck Lanyard. “We were excited to be part of the success of American Dream Mall and HMart will be a fine addition to this multifaceted retail and entertainment complex.”
The grocery store advertises as a one-stop shop for all things Asian, including produce, meat, seafood, Asian groceries, and housewares. They have over 100 locations, in over 14 states nationwide, as well as locations in Canada and London.
