Bluestone Lane has signed a lease to occupy 2,400 square feet of space at Bergen Town Center in Paramus. The deal was announced by Urban Edge Properties in early June, 2023.
Urban Edge Properties was represented by Taryn Brandes, Emily Green, and Alexandra Yanoff of Brand Urban LLC, while Bluestone Lane was represented by Daniel Bodner of Alvarez & Marsal Property Solutions and Daniel Zappala, of RIPCO Real Estate.
Bluestone Lane is an Australian chain of 60+ cafés and coffee shops across the United States. The brand’s centerpiece is ethically-sourced, sustainably-packaged and expertly roasted coffee.
Bergen Town Center in Paramus is Bluestone Lane’s third New Jersey location. Their shops in Hoboken and Jersey City offer progressive café fare, seasonal coffee and coffee products. The chain’s focus on personalized hospitality and fine coffee has created an ardent following in northern New Jersey.

Bluestone Lane Latest Upgrade to Bergen Town Center
Bluestone Lane’s addition is the latest in Urban Edge Properties’ upgrades to Bergen Town Center this year. A successful $290M refinancing of the property was brokered in early 2023.

The Bluestone Lane café at Bergen Town Center will be located across from Whole Foods Market. The location will serve breakfast and lunch with personalized full table service.
