Remember that $20k/month rental in the Heights?
Dixon Leasing has a new post on their blog documenting the renovation process of the spectacular home. Turning the 134-year old row house into a high-tech modern oasis was no easy feat. The crowning moment was when they hoisted a 10-foot by 12-foot stainless steel pool/hot tub over the neighboring buildings to position it on the roof of the property.
If that wasn’t enough, Dixon spent three months digging out 200 million-year-old stone from the garden level to create 8-foot-high ceilings in the new media room.
They restored the home’s front facade to match the character of the neighboring houses, allowing it to blend in on the streetscape with no indication of what lies behind the facade.
