His commercial portfolio includes securing standout tenants such as Haraz Coffee House, The Bunny Hive, Locals Only NJ, The Mile Square Café (from the team behind O’Bagel), The Biscuit Babe, and Elevate Pilates at prime, high-traffic Hoboken locations.
Notable leasing achievements also include successfully placing Eureka’s private furnished office spaces at 89 Hudson Street and 258 Newark Street, as well as fully leasing all commercial units at 300 Clinton Street, Hoboken. Additionally, his expertise extends to Union City, as noted at 2000 West Street. Botticelli’s extensive background in luxury residential and new development sales aligns with The Source’s strategic growth objectives, reinforcing his capacity to deliver comprehensive real estate solutions.
The timing couldn’t be better. The Source, helmed by founder Rami Rosen, is preparing to launch three significant new projects in Hudson County – including two rental developments and a highly anticipated condominium project – totaling approximately 400 units. Among them is an exciting 42-unit residential project in North Bergen set to launch later this month. These projects join a strong pipeline that includes many recent successes – fully leased 541 42nd Street in Union City, and a few projects that are down to their final units: 16 Bennett in Jersey City, Gateway at 1700 Park Avenue in Weehawken, and Church Hill at 8621 River Road in North Bergen.
