The luxury condominium “The Lofts Pier Village” at the Jersey Shore beach town of Long Branch is officially sold out. The property is part of the large-scale renovation of the Long Branch oceanfront.

Developed by Extell Development Company, the oceanfront property contains 245 residences featuring one-, two-, three- and four-bedrooms. It offers residents a range of indoor amenities such as a fully-attended lobby with a 24-hour concierge, a state-of-the-art fitness center, and indoor parking with electric car-charging stations. The property is situated a 15-minute drive from Asbury Park and an hour’s drive from New York City.

Shore Point Architecture designed the property, with the interiors by The Childs Dreyfus Group. Melillo and Bauer Associates was responsible for the landscaping, which included a one-and-a-half-acre private outdoor park and a high-end amenity deck.

“As buyers’ needs shifted during the pandemic, it came as no surprise that The Lofts Pier Village continued to experience a strong sales velocity and we couldn’t be happier to have reached this impressive milestone,” said Moshe Botnick, Vice President of Development at Extell Development Company. “Today’s buyer wants immediate access to fresh air, outdoor spaces and the ocean — all while being within close proximity to the conveniences of a city. In addition to impeccable finishes and surplus of amenities, we offered an amazing lifestyle where our residents can feel like they live on vacation year-round.”
