With a 222-unit mix of studio, one- and two-bedroom units, The Forte at 95 Anderson Street brings modern, luxury living to downtown Hackensack’s ongoing transformation. The project was brought to life by developer Fouerti Realty, MVMK Architecture, McGowan Builders and interior design by Manhattan-based INPUT.

The new community introduces a fresh and modern design style to Hackensack’s ongoing and vibrant revival. INPUT (formerly known as Input Creative Studio) delivered the interior design package for the 315,00-square-foot building, which included the apartments, hallways, lobby, co-working room, fitness center, game room and the resident lounge. The design team took Fouerti Realty’s vision and returned with a plan centered on functionality, cohesion and elevated materiality. This is the first major project under the firm’s updated name.

“We are thrilled to see 95 Anderson come to life,” commented Yiannos Vrousgos, Principal of INPUT. “Our team approached this project with a commitment to thoughtful design that enhances everyday living for residents. It is exciting to contribute to Hackensack’s ongoing growth and to collaborate once again with a development team that values design excellence.”

The overall design focuses on clean lines, select textures and warm finishes combined with abundant natural light to create a luxurious, elevated environment. INPUT used wood, stone and marble to provide an organic, sophisticated vibe in both the private and shared spaces. Throughout the building comfort and modern elegance coexist seamlessly.

The thoughtful, luxurious design is evident immediately upon entering the building. The spacious lobby, mailbox wall and elevator bay all create a warm sense of welcome. The coworking suite offers a light-filled space with private offices, booths and huddle rooms to meet the needs of all residents.

The commuter-friendly Forte is a quick walk to Anderson Street Station. Residents enjoy high ceilings, in-unit washer/dryers, high-end modern kitchens and deep soaking tubs. In addition to the coworking suite, the shared amenities include an outdoor courtyard pool, fitness center, cafe, rooftop deck and concierge services. The building has covered parking and EV charging stations. The ground floor includes 4,000 square feet of retail space.
INPUT’s new name reflects the firm’s growth, increased capabilities, and vision for the future.
